Now THAT'D be poetic justice. The universe's way for punishing someone who doesn't want to spend the time or money to take down their own damn tree and get rid of it. And I hate to burst this person's bubble, but no, the tree IS NOT FREE. You have to factor in the cost of equipment to get this thing down and transport it, not to mention that you'll probably need to get dirt from somewhere to fill in the hole afterwards.
