Truck Pieces

DONT CALL IF YOU CANT READ, AND THINK I’M STUPID ENOUGH TO GIVE AWAY A NICE RUNNING 4X4 PICKUP! I’M TIRED OF EXPAINING THIS TO RETARDS. READ THE BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE CALLING. i have this pickup and it was a great truck. runs right now and drives fine. i am parting it out for extra parts for my other 3/4 ton. im taking the axels, motor and trany. most of the interior is gone. the frame is staight and true. im leaving the 203 t-case and both driveshafts. the body is straight except for quite a bit of rust. front clip is good. if u need a nice straight 4×4 frame for ur project this is the one. i will drive it from my back yard to my driveway, then take my parts so its easy for a flatbed to get to it. must take the whole truck! if ur looking for parts forget about it unless ur gonna pay me.

I got a buttload of legal bills from being hounded by the liberal media and all those nasty rumors about me and my family. I’m leaving my job, so what’s left of the truck will be in the driveway of the governor’s mansion, but I won’t be living there by the time you show up.
I quit.

P.S. I know that the capital’s in Juneau, and I live in Wasilla, but to hell with you. It’s in Anchorage.
Hello? Am I speaking to the ill-tempered little shit who is stripping his truck and looking for a sap to haul away the junk for free? No, I don’t want that rusted-out mound of dung. I was just calling to point out that an “axel” is an ice-skating maneuver. You retard. You child.
Good day to you sir.
You have to appreciate the irony that the poster called possible takers “retards” and then can’t spell half of his or her own listing. Or have it read clearly so that nobody could EVER be confused.
First the noble one says: “i am parting it out for extra parts for my other 3/4 ton.” Then the ADD struck: “if ur looking for parts forget about it unless ur gonna pay me.”
Soo, which is it? Obviously since the axles, and motor, etc are being taken by the current owner, it’s not a whole truck anymore, so what does that leave? Everyone together now! “Parts!”
Check out the yellow plates.
Aw man! I almost took this truck, except I’m looking for a nice gay 4×4 frame for my project. I will take that nice queer rust though.
So…wait…you’re taking parts out of the free truck…but…if we take the free truck we have to take the whole thing? But we can’t take the whole thing because you’re taking parts of it. Leaving us with parts. Which we have to pay for. Making, not only a paid for truck, but not an entire truck. But we have to take the entire truck. Which we can’t. Because you’re taking parts…leaving the truck as parts…which we have to pay for…
I do believe it’s a hillbilly paradox.
Rofl! Indeed… While I agree with Meghan and some of the other guys, I thinkg that by “taking the whole truck” it is not necesarily implied that it has to be of ONLY ONE TRUCK. “taking the whole truck” could also mean taking the parts that he has taken and placed elsewhere, so you are actually getting TWO working trucks because even if he is not retarded enough to give away a perfectly good running truck, this one is good AND running and the other will be good AND running as soon as he gets the parts of the old one that is good AND running to this one that is not good NOR running….
hmmm
I think I will use my bike instead
exactly! it’s a catch diddley doo. so, this guy expects someone to bring a flatbed or some means of hauling this thing, and after he takes the motor, “axels” and “trany,” that’s going to make is “EASY” to load the remains? furthermore, do you know how long that will take to remove all those parts? that’s easily an entire day’s work or more unless you have more than one professional, a motor lift, other equipment, etc. This guy really needs to learn the definition of RETARD!!
please “expain” it to us retards once more, what is it exactly that youre gonna give us?
i really would like to call this kid…
I think you guys are too hard on him, seems reasonable to me. Dude’s gonna strip his truck, figures maybe someone will pick up what’s left for scrap if offers it for free. why not? if you had a flatbed and a way to sell scrap metal it’d probably be worth your why, plus it sounds like it’s in good shape, that means mirrors, doors and other parts that a junkyard can turn around and sell for $40-100 a piece.
what the dude doesn’t want is people coming up, taking only parts, leaving it without enough good parts to entice a junkyard owner to come over and pick up the whole thing.
damn it rusty, the truck boat truck is mine!
Do not touch the trim!
@honky
My boyfriend does a lot of truck modifications and a lot of the guys out there with that hobby pay for “parts” trucks or cars. In fact he bought a car not too long ago and took the engine out and sold the rest to the junkyard. It is a good way to get working parts for free, and what you don’t need you can always sell. The guy needs to put the ad on a truck site not craiglist, then he might actually get some people who understand what he is talking about.
4. Skidsteers often do not have much reach when they are dumping their bucket so you can only load trucks from one side. Skid steers need to drive around the other side of the truck or trailer to load it. The centre of gravity of the load of skidsteers is often kept as close to the skidsteer as possible, this maximizes lift capacity which is particularly crucial when operating from a very short wheelbase, as it cannot handle much weight out the front. Articulated mini loaders can load trailers from one side as they REACH onto the opposite side saving time, diesel and in urban areas you don’t have to venture onto the road, which saves a lot time. This is possible as mini loaders often have more reach than skidsteers, allowing them to work much quicker at filling trailers.
Yeah, the ad is pretty amusing, and this guy does seem rude, but “skyblue13″ is right. If it were near my place (in the province of New Brunswick, Canada – a little ways from the truck…) I’d totally take it. Lots of good bits would be left, despite the rust, which we deal with. I could turn around a profit selling body pieces, windows etc.
Still, though. This guy approached it in the worst possible way.
