Whoa, why didn’t I think of that? I don’t wanna take out my trash, so i’ll store it in my garage and put it on CraigsList! It’s the perfect plan! Broken glass, no problem, some gullible idiot from Iowa should want it for an ‘Art Project’. That schroom and swiss burger from friday? Well, I’ll just give it to that homeless dude who lives under the tractor trailer lot. But wait, that would require work… and movement… and being kind.

yes but these are all TAN! bleh! i’m assuming anyone doing said art project could easily find tiles that actually look nice so that said art project is clearly a work of ART.

Ivailo :I had a roommate studying art in a university. She once looked for lots of tiles, no matter broken or not. When I asked her why she needs broken tiles she said it’s for a mosaic project for the university.She got some, broke them down to smaller parts and began working on the project. I believe some people shouldn’t make fools of themselves on such places.

As an art major, I was about to explain that broken tiles work very well for mosaic, but I see that other art majors have beat me to it.

I have an artist friend who stores broken ceramic in bins in her garage sorted by color. To some people, this is a great find.

Well, ahem….people would actually want this. Broken tiles are great for mosaic. Our school used to get broken tiles from all the local tile shops for art classes.
