Some wear, broken axle. If you can fix it, it should serve you well. And the price is right. First come first serve.
What you need to be worried about here is the other, hidden damage this thing suffered when it was raced so hard that the axle broke. Push a stroller to 80 mph, and you’re bound to end up with some fatigue to the materials.

Born to be baaad…
Just the ticket for protecting your most precious cargo! And, if you come get it today I’ll throw in a FREE carseat! (Just a few cracks and a broken strap or two – it should be easy to fix.)
The Stroller from Hell! For the kid you didn’t want!
Wow! I yam impressed! It’s not just anybody who can break an axle on a stroller! Who’s the daddy? The Incredible Hulk?
….and out front you’ll see two trucks up on blocks!
I wonder if Les Schwab would fix it up. Maybe put some wide tires and some spinner rims. Maybe it belongs to the free 98 BMW person, just loved a little hard.
Alternatively, you could use it as is.
Simply lift up with your left hand while you push forward on the right. It’s just like using a wheelbarrow. You no longer have to suffer the shame and ignominy of taking your darling child out for a run around town in the wheelbarrow.
Just the ticket for when your toddler is plumb tuckered out after beating on his used piñata and picking small bugs off his gargantuan used smelly stuffed animal all morning. What better way to tell your child you love him than taking him for a scrape around the block in this pimp-buggy?
Best of all, it’s “nice”.
This totally reminds me of an old Bill Cosby routine called “Go Carts”. He and his pals, as children, would go out into the neighborhood and steel the wheels from baby buggies to use for their go carts. The baby would be put in the carriage the next morning. The mother would try to push it. The carriage would grind against the pavement. The baby would look up and think, “Why me?”. I am imagining the baby that belongs to that stroller saying exactly that.
