U prolly shouldn’t touch this. Definitely don’t chew it. But feel free to pay $50 for it.

Comes in one Flavour
Not-so ‘Mint’ Condition.
“If it wasn’t for my daughter it would be in mint condition…”
(Damn daughter. The bane of my existence.)
“…she took the plastic off years ago and had a few pieces, I imagine it didn’t taste so yummy”
(Plastic rarely does.)
@dono1
Ba dum bum tsssh!
She must have turned to CL after not being able to sell it for $150 on eBay. Those picky eBayers!
MC Hammer was a one-hit wonder and this person thinks that someone wants to buy his decades-old gum? Oh if it were only still sealed in the original plastic, it’d be worth thousands to those MC Hammer memorabilia collectors.
Seriously, yes he was a one hit wonder but there isn’t anyone in the modern world from age 15-40 who doesn’t know about him, and I bet that this item is pretty darn rare. I could pay 30$ for it. And no I’m not a fan, but it’s MC HAMMER FFS!!
@Roscoe
and wtf is mc Hammer?
If you don’t know who MC Hammer is, you really should go to youtube and look for “Can’t Touch This”. It is a catchy song with a great dance (and amusing clothing.) He may have been a one hit wonder who ended up broke, but…he got his one hit right.
I saw on Antiques Roadshow the other day where a package of MC Hammer gum still in the plastic was appraised at $500. The guy doing the appraising said that if the plastic had been broken, it would be worth about 75 cents.
MC Hammer is not very good.
Tommy Davidson doing an MC Hammer spoof on the other hand is much better than the original: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yW0G1CxyvWA
“Can’t Touch This”… I don’t think I would even if you gave me $50.00.
I thought we were all safe now from being Hammah timed but he still finds a way to get noticed. Gum no less, thats worse than the reality show he was on with Tammy Faye.
…I had this exact same tin many years ago! Now it seems I could have gotten some $$$ for it!
