A close relative of night photography is twilight photography. Fitting here, as the picture just may have been taken by a vampire.

“Jesse, you’re finally getting your own bedroom. Not quite watertight, but it don’t rain most days. Don’t forget yer bed, and your stuffed animal. If it gets cold, here’s some matches, just light the south wall. Yeah, the one facing away from the house.”

Old Freezer

December 19th, 2009

INAD-DeadBodyStorage
Found On: West Virginia Craigslist

I was visiting my grandfather and he wanted to get rid of this old freezer. He used it for deer. He said it was working last time he used it, but he has since cut the chord. It is very heavy.

If you want your item to go from ugly to menacing, we have a pro-tip for you that this guy already knows – night photography.

It makes anything scary. Anything:

playhouse

See? It’s a playhouse. One that looks like it’s inhabited by a play Blair Witch waiting to cut out the play tongues of small children and leave them for dead in the play wilderness.

INAD - counters-conveyors

Found by: Tyler on Oklahoma City

we have 14 counter conveyors free to pick up.

INAD - counters-conveyors

When a company opens a grocery store, one of the things it wants to convey is cleanliness. So they buy spiffy new appliances and fixtures to make it appear to the customer that germs are the last thing they need to worry about.

So what happens to old, used, icky looking grocery store fixtures? Well, they’re given away to a relatively rare species of businessperson. The grocer . . . of the damned.

INAD - Toaster

Holy Neptune’s ghost. Can’t you just hear that submarine sonar echo as you look at this? Take a second: “ping – ping – ping . . .”

No question – this was photographed at roughly 19,999 leagues under the sea. This toaster is either a sea monster, or a vehicle hunting sea monsters. Glad to hear it has a “knob for darkness.” That explains how scary it is: it’s turned to eleven.
